Responsibilities
- Design and build production components in Angular and TypeScript.
- Own interaction decisions and front-end architecture end-to-end.
- Translate complex process-intelligence data into intuitive user experiences.
- Set technical and craft standards for front-end quality and accessibility.
- Drive rapid prototyping to explore novel interaction concepts.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to evolve the design system.
- Maintain tokens-as-code for AI coding agents.
- Author and maintain Figma Code Connect mappings.
- Build evals for visual-regression and accessibility checks.
- Use AI tooling daily to critique and correct outputs.
- Lead system initiatives and mentor designers and engineers.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in design engineering or UX engineering.
- Strong production front-end skills in Angular and TypeScript.
- Excellent UX instincts with attention to interaction detail.
- Deep understanding of design token architecture.
- Strong Figma fluency and ability to move between design and code.
- Demonstrated accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2).
- Hands-on fluency with AI design and coding tools.
- Strong product mindset and ownership bias.
