Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
- Lead server-side development using microservices and drive implementation of micro frontend architecture.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Make architectural decisions and establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define technical direction and deliver applications.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into development pipelines and product features where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
- 6+ years of experience with web technologies.
- Experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar, with a portfolio demonstrating technical leadership.
- Deep server-side development experience with Node.js and strong knowledge of web architecture and design patterns.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Experience working with large-scale codebases shared by multiple teams.
- Understanding of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and web application architecture.
- Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features into production applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines incorporating AI-assisted code review or testing.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical influence skills.
