Responsibilities
- Lead the software development lifecycle from design through deployment.
- Design, build, test, and release cloud-native platforms and applications.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready features and tools aligned with reference architecture and coding standards.
- Develop intelligent systems involving LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, semantic search, and task orchestration.
- Collaborate across teams to support high-performing, product-centric delivery and foster a collaborative engineering environment.
- Optimize model deployment through caching, dynamic model routing, cost-performance tuning, and related ML operations practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 7+ years of hands-on software development.
- Full-stack development experience with JavaScript, React.js, Node.js or Java, PostgreSQL or SQL.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building intelligent systems from scratch, including LLM and prompt engineering, Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock, prompt chaining, embeddings, vector stores, RAG, agentic workflows, autonomous execution, multi-agent systems, tool or function calling, semantic search, ranking, indexing, document chunking, and metadata tagging.
- Experience with CI/CD for model deployment, cost-performance tuning, caching, dynamic model routing, and latency optimization.
