Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to reconcile transactions across multiple financial providers.
- Ensure alignment between internal records and customer-facing balances.
- Contribute to the development of scalable general ledger infrastructure.
- Partner with external ledger providers to build reliable transaction systems.
- Design and implement new money movement flows across various payment rails.
- Own critical backend and platform projects from design to production.
- Push architecture that scales to billions in annual payment volume.
- Collaborate with product and GTM leads to solve ambiguous problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Prior payments or back office fintech experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in zero-bureaucracy, high-ownership environments.
- Balance speed with rigor in development practices.
- Proficient in coding and can quickly learn new tools.
- Strong communication skills across time zones.
- This role requires in-office presence 4 days a week.
