Base Salary
$138k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality production software solutions.
- Build full-stack web applications using React.js, Java, and Spring Boot with microservices architecture patterns.
- Create architecture and design artifacts and ensure software implementation satisfies design constraints.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation.
- Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
- Analyze large and diverse data sets, create visualizations and reports, and use identified patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Guide peers on responsible and secure use of AI in engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Proficiency designing and developing full-stack web applications with React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
- Experience applying microservices architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating and refining their outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies are preferred.
