Base Salary
$138k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas.
- Build backend services and agentic workflows with TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Implement microservices architecture for service discovery, configuration, and resilience.
- Containerize and deploy applications on AWS using ECS, EKS, Lambda, and EC2.
- Implement and maintain AWS infrastructure as code.
- Apply reactive programming, 12-factor application principles, and cloud-native development practices.
- Design and execute performance and load tests using JMeter or Blazemeter.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools while validating outputs through peer review, testing, and secure coding practices.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts and ensure software implementation meets design constraints.
- Analyze large, diverse datasets and develop visualizations and reporting for continuous software improvement.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Backend experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Front-end experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience implementing microservices architecture and AWS infrastructure using infrastructure as code, including Lambda, S3, and Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Overall knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile development practices.
- Preferred experience with Agent2UI, the A2A protocol, multi-agent troubleshooting, debugging and issue resolution, and Python.
