Base Salary
$158k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML-powered products for data integration workflows.
- Build and own critical infrastructure supporting next-generation AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML experts to turn ideas into production systems.
- Optimize algorithms and systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from conception through production deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote software development and AI implementation best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of Object-Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
