Base Salary
$142k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data systems that reliably process large volumes of client financial data.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks as data volumes and complexity grow.
- Collaborate with Product, Client Solutions, and engineering teams to deliver client onboarding solutions.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate on project engineering direction.
- Take ideas from inception through production while maintaining quality, scalability, and user experience.
Requirements
- Backend software engineering experience, preferably with Python and/or Java and relational databases.
- Ability to work through data scale and performance challenges by optimizing pipelines and workflows.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with PySpark or similar data-processing frameworks is preferred.
- Experience building data systems with Databricks and/or AWS is preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $142,000-$178,000 for roles in Colorado, California, and New York, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
- Bonus, equity, and benefits are offered in addition to base salary.
