Base Salary
$130k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop backend infrastructure for contract workflows, payouts, fraud, and other platform operations.
- Design and maintain systems that provision and deprovision access just in time.
- Collaborate with engineering leads and cross-functional partners to build reliable, scalable backend services.
- Improve security, reliability, and developer ergonomics across foundational platform systems.
- Flex across teams and high-priority platform initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building production systems at scale.
- Experience with identity, access control, or enterprise access management systems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and deliver practical, reliable systems quickly.
- Strong ownership and willingness to work on foundational problems supporting many parts of the business.
