Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing features end to end, from design decisions through daily production use.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear, shipped software solutions.
- Debug live production systems and solve problems at petabyte scale.
- Design and implement solutions for challenging data security problems.
- Contribute through code reviews, design feedback, and mentoring engineers earlier in their careers.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Have strong backend skills in Go, Python, or a comparable programming language.
- Have a solid background in databases, data modeling, and schema design.
- Be able to drive open-ended problems to clarity and ship solutions to production.
- Be based in NYC and able to work from the Financial District office three days per week.
- Frontend experience is a plus.
