Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code using Java Full Stack Development.
- Build Java/Spring Boot services and front-end components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Apply approved AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and unit/integration testing, and validate generated code before merge.
- Integrate LLM APIs, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI-enabled services with front-end components.
- Evaluate AI response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, sensitive-data handling, security, concurrency, dependency risk, and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make team decisions, provide solutions, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Lead development best practices, mentor junior team members, and improve team productivity and product quality.
- Debug, test, optimize, and deploy scalable applications using cloud platforms and version control systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, including strong front-end experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, database management, debugging, testing, performance optimization, and security.
- Hands-on experience with approved coding assistants, context-rich prompting, generated-code review, and automated test validation.
- Ability to integrate LLM APIs, implement structured outputs and retrieval-augmented generation, and connect AI-enabled services to front-end components.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment strategies, agile development environments, and version control systems.
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment management, including securities, trading, portfolio management, and investment operations.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
