Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design experiments and test ideas to optimize internal AI benchmarks.
- Design and improve evaluation frameworks to accelerate experimentation.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models.
- Rigorously evaluate and test models for accuracy, generalization, and performance.
- Collaborate on core product development to deliver higher platform capabilities.
- Set up observability and monitoring systems to safety-check model behavior in critical settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in challenging projects.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Experience shipping machine learning models to production.
- Ability to apply attention to detail and first-principles thinking to real-world intelligent-system deployment.
- Previous experience with distributed computing systems in production is a bonus.
