Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design experiments and test ideas to optimize key internal AI benchmarks.
- Design and improve evaluation frameworks to accelerate experimentation.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models.
- Perform rigorous evaluation and testing to ensure model accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate on core product development to enhance platform capabilities.
- Set up observability and monitoring systems for model behavior in critical settings.
Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in challenging projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Solid fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Attention to detail and first-principles thinking for intelligent systems deployment.
- Experience shipping ML models to production.
