Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement modular AI capabilities for LLM reasoning, document intelligence, intelligent knowledge systems, and agentic workflow automation.
- Own components of the AI system lifecycle, including scoping, proof of concept, solution design, model development, deployment, monitoring, and production improvement.
- Build evaluation pipelines with statistically sound metrics, benchmark datasets, and strict dataset and model versioning.
- Collaborate across teams and communicate results through documentation, write-ups, and handoffs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, including hands-on development of production AI/ML systems.
- Experience with AWS or cloud-native development patterns for AI/ML workloads and AI development lifecycle best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Fundamentals in statistics, exploratory data analysis, data quality, experimentation, and error analysis.
- Experience with modern LLM tooling such as transformers, unsloth, vLLM, or agentic frameworks, or with document AI approaches such as IDP.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, source control, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and full development lifecycles.
- Experience with agentic communication protocols such as MCP or A2A is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
