Base Salary

$199k - $295k/yr

Responsibilities

Build observability tools exposing AI-agent performance, usage metrics, and conversational audit trails.
Design and implement AI context systems using rules, certified SQL queries, and semantic models.
Create full-stack workflows for governing, debugging, and curating AI-agent knowledge.
Develop backend systems for SQL compilation, semantic modeling, and database-context serialization.
Solve frontend UX challenges involving large volumes of technical information.
Work across the application stack to deliver business-critical features.

4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
Experience building full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, and/or Python.
Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
Ability to build elegant user experiences and robust, scalable service architectures.
Understanding of data teams, complex data questions, and modern data warehouses.
Interest in agentic reliability, governance, and model curation.
Pragmatic, action-oriented approach focused on high-quality solutions.
