Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural networks for natural language processing tasks.
- Apply large-scale data processing, model training, optimization, and performance evaluation techniques.
- Integrate machine learning models into scalable and reliable production environments.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, provide advisory guidance, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide team members and help align technical work with organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural networks for natural language processing.
- In-depth understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Experience with optimization algorithms and language model performance metrics.
- Ability to integrate machine learning models into production environments with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure Data Services is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
