Base Salary
$65k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RTOS middleware and embedded software systems.
- Work across the entire stack to create new products and features.
- Design efficient solutions for embedded engineering challenges.
- Ship complex software in collaboration with domain experts.
- Work hands-on with leading RTOS platforms like FreeRTOS and QNX.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in embedded software development focused on POSIX-based operating systems.
- Strong experience in designing scalable middleware frameworks for real-time systems.
- Deep knowledge of IPC mechanisms and service-based architectures.
- Track record of building middleware for cross-domain applications.
- Familiarity with multi-core scheduling and resource management on automotive-grade SoCs.
