Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architecture and development of the core simulation platform.
- Build and scale cloud-native simulation pipelines for rapid policy iteration.
- Improve sim-to-real transfer through advanced contact models and actuator dynamics.
- Develop sensor-realistic environments to challenge the perception stack.
- Ship platform improvements to reduce iteration time for various teams.
- Support evolving simulation needs of Controls, AI Research, and Perception teams.
Requirements
- Excellent C++ and/or Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with software development best practices like CI/CD and automated testing.
- Understanding of robotics concepts such as kinematics, dynamics, and controls.
- Experience with modern robotic simulators like Isaac Lab or MuJoCo.
- Understanding of Reinforcement Learning with relevant experience.
- Experience with large-scale training workloads on cloud platforms.
