Base Salary
$204k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop realistic agent environments and evaluation methods.
- Design systems and algorithms to improve agent performance.
- Collect and curate human and synthetic data for agent systems.
- Work directly with leadership to influence AI research direction.
- Contribute to a small, motivated team focused on engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Experience with the latest AI tools for building AI products.
- Familiarity with agent solutions, context management, and performance evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques.
- Experience in large-scale reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Background in frontier labs or top AI startups is preferred.
- A builder mindset with a focus on experimentation and rapid execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- PhD in AI or related scientific domains is a plus.
