Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to translate review workflows into agent capabilities.
- Design, ship, and operate systems that analyze large-scale time-series data.
- Build dependable tools and interfaces for agent functionality.
- Develop and maintain the MCP server for telemetry queries.
- Create frontend surfaces for Sift Agents and ensure a great user experience.
- Implement APIs that support agentic capabilities.
- Run agents reliably at scale in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Build evaluation suites to measure agent performance and quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in owning product areas and engaging with customers.
- Proficiency in frontend web technologies like React or NextJS.
- Experience building APIs or backend services with Go, Python, or Rust.
- Curiosity about new AI products and features.
