Responsibilities
- Ship fast against a roadmap you help shape.
- Interface directly with working scientists to translate their needs into engineering priorities.
- Partner with product and design teams to develop products that reflect how scientists work.
- Collaborate with research teams to improve model capabilities and address real-world challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Staff or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments.
- Proven track record of developing AI products and translating model capabilities into user applications.
- Ability to work directly with technical domain experts and drive cross-team alignment.
