Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications, particularly ServiceNow HRSD, to meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage application releases and configuration changes while maintaining compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize operations.
- Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base.
- Participate in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and share knowledge with junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques in ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to use low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of release management and version control for packaged applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
