Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and oversee deployment of data architectures, pipelines, data flows, databases, and storage systems.
- Develop ML- and data-engineering tools to cleanse, organize, transform, and maintain data quality.
- Define agentic workflow evaluation metrics, ground-truth labeling standards, validation criteria, and evaluation datasets.
- Build automated evaluation infrastructure using Now LLM Service models and execution logs, including dashboards, reporting, versioning, and reproducibility.
- Establish data-system design standards, quality assurance processes, quality gates, and validation frameworks.
- Analyze workflow performance and recommend optimizations for evolving CRM AI requirements.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and data science teams and mentor junior engineers on data engineering and evaluation design.
Requirements
- 9+ years designing and building production data pipelines, data warehouses, and ETL systems.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, JavaScript or equivalent, and distributed data processing.
- 3+ years working on ML systems, model validation infrastructure, automated testing, or AI-powered applications.
- Hands-on experience with data quality, feature engineering, model monitoring, and production-scale data systems.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale data systems, including data quality, latency, and reliability issues.
- Experience designing scalable and secure data architectures with GCP or AWS, APIs, event-driven systems, and data governance patterns.
- Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation frameworks, LLM-based systems, or agentic workflows, including instrumentation and model performance tracking.
- Ability to lead technical discussions across teams, take end-to-end ownership, work autonomously, and mentor peers.
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform is preferred.
