Responsibilities
- Lead MES modeling and configuration using Critical Manufacturing MES.
- Design products, routings, workflows, DCPs, and equipment/resource models.
- Translate manufacturing processes and SOPs into scalable MES solutions.
- Define modeling standards, templates, best practices, fit-gap analyses, and solution blueprints.
- Configure Work Execution, SPC, NC/CAPA, Traceability, EBR/eDHR, Equipment Integration, and Scheduling modules.
- Lead MES integrations with ERP and shop-floor systems while ensuring data integrity, version control, and lifecycle management.
- Support validation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Mentor team members, lead design and configuration reviews, and oversee task execution and resource management as needed.
- Develop technical reports, process flow diagrams, and design and development documentation.
- Propose technical approaches and solutions to challenging manufacturing systems problems.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Critical Manufacturing MES implementations, rollouts, master data modeling, and enrichment.
- Critical Manufacturing Professional or Associate Modeler/Developer certification is required.
- Previous MES implementation experience using any platform.
- Strong knowledge of production modeling, workflow configuration, and Statistical Process Control.
- Experience with MES-ERP integrations and manufacturing system connectivity.
- Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Critical Manufacturing MES Event Handlers.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, MES design, and configuration best practices.
- Experience with MES implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and work systematically under tight schedules.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to produce technical reports, process diagrams, and documentation.
