Responsibilities
- Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, enhancements, and production support.
- Develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.
- Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and the Zuora data/object model.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments.
- Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
