Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Help meet current customer demand by developing software for enterprise voice AI agents
- Build systems for future product and business needs
- Address technical challenges and contribute to product design and prioritization
Requirements
- At least four years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges
- Customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and interest in product design and prioritization
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Passion for learning and keeping up with current AI advancements
- Preferred experience with prompt engineering or AI/LLM-based platforms
- Preferred experience as an early-stage startup engineer or founder
- Preferred experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, or AWS
