Responsibilities
- Provision, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
- Set up logging, metrics, alerting, and system-health monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
- Manage, upgrade, and secure multi-cloud or hybrid Kubernetes clusters.
- Configure Kubernetes networking, CoreDNS, ingress and gateway controllers, and network policies.
- Implement RBAC, pod security standards, workload identity, security scanning, secrets management, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot errors and pipeline failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Execute FinOps and cloud financial management activities.
- Track software performance, fix errors, automate operational processes, and maintain stable enterprise networks and systems.
- Maintain documentation, support knowledge transfer, collaborate with teams, and contribute to customer satisfaction and KPI/SLA performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- Proven experience managing stable enterprise networks and systems.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and operating Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, security controls, and cloud financial management.
- Understanding of relational database management systems.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership, troubleshoot systematically, learn unfamiliar tools, collaborate, and mentor team members.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with global operations and strategic international customer relationships is relevant.
- AI skills are an additional advantage.
