Responsibilities
- Play a substantial role in the platform frontend engineering team.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the Cresta platform.
- Analyze customer requirements and own customer-facing deliverables.
- Identify product improvement opportunities and generate ideas.
- Uphold engineering best practices in deliverables and daily work.
- Take technical ownership of significant parts of the Cresta product.
- Build rules-based screen capturing systems to enhance compliance and QA.
- Support PII/PCI redaction based on desktop and browser activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience in building native desktop applications on Windows and/or macOS.
- Experience with screen capture and recording systems, including video/audio pipelines.
- Expertise in low-level systems programming, including concurrency and memory management.
- Proven ability to design and own complex client-side systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with WebRTC, Chromium, or Electron is a plus.
