Base Salary
$294k - $407k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide recognized technical leadership in AI, machine learning, and security systems.
- Shape architecture, product portfolio strategy, and long-term technology roadmaps for scalable enterprise solutions.
- Originate, implement, complete, and document major AI and security technology programs.
- Own cross-organizational technical domains and partner with product, research, engineering, and external stakeholders.
- Translate technical innovations into scalable products addressing enterprise security challenges.
- Mentor junior researchers, engineers, and technical team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of related experience, master’s degree with 14+ years, or Ph.D. with 10+ years in Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- In-depth knowledge and a demonstrable track record in AI and security technologies, machine learning architectures, and modern security landscapes.
- Experience leading impactful AI and security product development and deployments at enterprise scale.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts, research insights, and architectural visions to technical and non-technical executive audiences.
- Recognition as an internal or external industry expert through patents, publications, awards, or significant contributions to the AI and security community.
