Base Salary
$153k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, size, and validate scalable enterprise solution architectures based on customer business needs.
- Architect agentic systems using Agent Workbench, Agentic Enterprise Orchestration, guardrails, agent evaluations, and orchestration patterns.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable OutSystems applications and agents.
- Define and review reusable architecture patterns and identify non-functional requirements, integrations, and shared standards.
- Assess application performance, architecture, and development quality, prescribe improvements, and define legacy modernization paths.
- Mentor OutSystems, customer, and partner teams on architecture and development best practices.
- Contribute to Professional Services technical practices, reference architectures, and speaking engagements.
- Travel up to 20% to support customer engagements.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of software development experience, including hands-on web or mobile application development.
- At least 4 years in architecture or technical leadership roles applying architecture patterns in enterprise projects.
- Strong command of architecture design, project delivery practices, application performance, and performance bottleneck resolution.
- Hands-on AI solution design experience is strongly preferred, including LLM-based applications, agentic frameworks and protocols such as MCP and RAG, or model orchestration on Amazon Bedrock.
- Software development experience with .NET, C#, SQL, and modern web technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- U.S. citizenship is strictly required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and complete a federal background investigation.
