Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support requests and resolve product bugs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to meet customer security needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure their priorities are represented.
Requirements
- Experience with Android development; iOS experience is a plus.
- Interest in security, especially cryptography.
- Ongoing learning attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years in software development or a related field.
- Deep understanding of application compilation and linking.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
- Diplomacy and teamwork skills in a globally distributed environment.
