Base Salary
$157k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Tricentis platform strategy, multi-year roadmap, automation maturity plan, and AI-enabled testing capabilities.
- Lead enterprise-wide Tricentis adoption across Enterprise Services, the PST program, and business units.
- Establish governance, standards, operating models, best practices, KPIs, service-level metrics, quality dashboards, and adoption targets.
- Harmonize test automation frameworks, reusable assets, and processes across organizations.
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
- Optimize enterprise licensing, vendor relationships, and consumption models.
- Lead prioritization, planning, governance reviews, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, and removal of cross-functional roadblocks.
- Partner with Tricentis leadership on product roadmap, innovation, licensing, and enterprise initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven testing, autonomous testing, and intelligent quality engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale test automation programs with strong technical understanding of Tricentis tools, platforms, and automation capabilities.
- Experience defining platform strategies, governance models, and operating frameworks.
- Experience aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership across multiple organizations.
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics for platform or tooling adoption.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing enterprise licensing models.
- Preferred: experience implementing Tricentis in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Preferred: background in intelligent quality engineering, AI-driven testing, or autonomous testing approaches.
- Preferred: familiarity with large-scale transformation environments or enterprise architecture.
- Preferred: experience harmonizing automation frameworks, reusable asset libraries, or enterprise best practices.
- Preferred: leadership in platform scalability, security, or cross-enterprise operational excellence.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program or contract.
