Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, optimize, and enhance web systems and Windows applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code; conduct testing; document processes; and deliver features from project specifications.
- Perform data and business analysis, identify system issues, and translate business requirements into automated solutions.
- Develop server-side, database, front-end, scripting, and automation functionality across the Microsoft technology stack.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs, JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office, SharePoint, LDAP, and business processes.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows to improve coding productivity, testing, and development pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in client/server web programming, database programming, web/graphic design, and office automation.
- At least 3 years of server-side programming experience with C#, ASP.NET, Classic ASP, and Python.
- At least 3 years of database design, optimization, and programming experience with MS-SQL/Oracle, TSQL, and PLSQL.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, and JSON.
- At least 3 years of scripting experience with PowerShell, VBScript, and Windows batch scripts.
- Practical knowledge of .NET, Team Foundation Server, Git, Web Services, SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, PowerShell, and LDAP.
- Understanding of procedural programming, object-oriented programming/design, and converting UI/UX mockups and prototypes into web applications.
- Experience with REST APIs, JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office integrations, and business process automation.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Claude Cowork, familiarity with Model Context Protocol-compatible servers and clients, AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and agentic workflows.
- Strong end-user-focused web application design skills, self-motivation, prioritization, independent workload management, communication, and collaboration skills.
