Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end to end.
- Develop systems coordinating specialized AI agents and supporting durable execution, testing, deployment, and maintenance of integrations.
- Set engineering patterns and technical foundations for future team members.
- Ship production changes frequently while maintaining quality and shaping the overall system.
Requirements
- Two to nine years of professional software engineering experience with repeated ownership of production systems from design through operation.
- Completed or in-progress degree in engineering, computer science, or a quantitative field from a highly ranked technical university.
- Experience as a founder of a venture-backed startup or as an engineer at an early-stage startup backed by recognized investors.
- Strong end-to-end engineering ability across AI agent platforms, infrastructure, and integration runtimes.
- Experience using TypeScript, React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Ability to use multiple AI coding agents while exercising sound judgment about production quality.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD.
