Responsibilities
- Build autonomous scientific agents for executing complex research workflows through natural language interaction.
- Architect end-to-end reasoning systems that integrate platform capabilities with intelligent decision-making.
- Develop knowledge discovery pipelines to autonomously mine scientific literature and propose novel therapeutic targets.
- Create scientific content at scale by building agents that design experiments and generate research-grade articles.
- Pioneer autonomous lab workflows by developing agents for designing and validating complex biological systems.
- Collaborate with scientists to translate research pain points into intelligent automation solutions.
- Publish and evangelize applications of agentic workflows in synthetic biology.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with deep experience in Python, API design, and distributed systems architecture.
- Expertise in LLM orchestration with hands-on experience in LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of intelligent information retrieval and experience with RAG systems and vector databases.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools or custom pipeline systems for autonomous processes.
- Familiarity with scientific computing libraries and understanding of scientific literature formats.
