Responsibilities
- Deliver useful, personalized new features for Airbnb’s hosting experience.
- Build systems that drive reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Contribute to technical direction and raise engineering quality standards.
- Write clear technical designs for projects of moderate-to-high complexity.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to clarify requirements.
- Contribute to technical improvements for higher product quality and team velocity.
- Help define and improve coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience with a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Experience in building and scaling high-quality products with operational excellence.
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple timezones.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
