Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that manage complex customer interactions.
- Identify cross-customer trends to guide platform evolution.
- Experiment with and integrate the latest text and voice models at scale.
- Collaborate directly with customers to address their needs.
- Own the development process from implementation to iteration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency with Python and Typescript.
- Comfortable with asynchronous programming.
- Ability to troubleshoot system failures in deep technology stacks.
- Experience with multi-modal models is a plus.
