Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, and support large-scale technology solutions.
  • Develop engineering standards and companywide best practices for complex technology solutions.
  • Design and support financial forecasting, planning, and reporting systems using Oracle Essbase and related infrastructure.
  • Analyze complex technical solutions and resolve implementation and production issues.
  • Lead projects and teams, mentor peers, and collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups.
  • Support Essbase platforms, infrastructure, middleware configurations, capacity planning, high availability, performance optimization, security controls, and production issue resolution.
  • Develop and support implementations holistically across modules and associated technology components.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 4+ years of experience working with enterprise data and implementing ETL solutions using technologies such as Python, PySpark, and Object Storage.
  • 3+ years of working experience with Oracle Essbase 21c and associated modules is desired.
  • Experience with multidimensional databases in financial forecasting and planning is desired.
  • Experience implementing and supporting infrastructure associated with Oracle Essbase implementations is desired.
  • Experience managing and supporting Essbase platforms, underlying infrastructure, and middleware configurations is desired.
  • A bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering is desired.
