Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade cloud, data, and AI solutions.
- Build agentic AI applications using Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Design intelligent search and knowledge retrieval solutions for enterprise content and information.
- Build and optimize AWS data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-native data platforms.
- Create reusable services, APIs, automation frameworks, and cloud-native engineering capabilities.
- Drive architecture decisions and technical best practices across cloud and AI initiatives.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to identify AI and cloud opportunities.
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- At least eight years of related work experience, including at least two years of development experience.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
- At least five years of experience designing and developing solutions on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience building generative AI applications with AWS Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end ETL processes and AWS data services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena.
- Experience integrating cloud and AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer, are preferred.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent architectures, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, AI governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, responsible AI practices, Adobe Experience Manager, Power BI, and communications, digital experience, content management, or customer-facing platforms.
