Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customer IT decision makers and act as the Voice of the Customer.
- Lead architectural design sessions for secure, scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions using CAF and WAF.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery results, consumption planning, and customer success plans.
- Drive migration and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads.
- Optimize customer environments for health, resiliency, security, and performance to support production-scale AI use cases.
- Deliver and contribute to repeatable IP for accelerated deployment and customer outcomes.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers and support successful go-live and delivery execution.
- Generate incremental pipeline and align next-best actions with Unified Enterprise Support priorities.
- Maintain technical expertise and certifications across priority Azure, database, SAP, operating system, and security workloads.
- Participate in technical communities and share best practices and reusable knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
