Base Salary
$65k - $70k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple customer deployments from prototype through production scale.
- Embed with customer engineering teams to understand workflows and build full-stack solutions and integrations.
- Write production-grade code across the TypeScript, Python, and data pipeline stack as needed.
- Scope work and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and quality.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements, reusable patterns, and roadmap priorities.
- Own customer outcomes from initial conversation through stable production adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience building full-stack products or complex integrations in fast-moving environments.
- Production-quality experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models into products or workflows.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders and US-based customers.
- Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
