Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents for marketing workflows.
- Architect enrichment, scoring, and routing pipelines.
- Build scripts and automations across various marketing tools.
- Instrument campaign attribution and reporting end-to-end.
- Maintain HubSpot as the source of truth for marketing activity.
- Partner with demand generation programs for technical execution.
- Translate buyer insights into effective messaging and personalization.
- Define success metrics and monitor results across channels.
- Collaborate on shared infrastructure decisions with GTM.
- Document the stack for maintainability and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in GTM engineering, marketing engineering, or growth engineering.
- Fluency in modern AI and GTM tools like Clay, n8n, and HubSpot.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong commercial instinct focused on pipeline generation.
- Ability to creatively approach lead generation and data utilization.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and iterating on solutions.
