Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform according to business requirements.
- Determine business, functional, and technical requirements and contribute to application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop Salesforce enhancements, integrations, bug fixes, and support solutions using platform best practices.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, triage, root-cause analysis, impact analysis, and stability validation.
- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bugs, enhancements, and how-to requests.
- Create development timelines and goals, produce documentation, and present or demonstrate functionality.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a high-pressure, changing-priority environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required; the technical qualifications specify at least 5 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Lightning Quick Actions, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Batch Apex, REST API integrations, Future Methods, Scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, and Test Classes.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visualforce, Salesforce roles and sharing/security models, data management, objects, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM design and architecture, functional requirements, and Salesforce.com application development.
- Experience developing software in an Agile environment, ideally with SAFe experience.
- Analytical, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, flexibility, and independent working skills.
- Experience with Service Cloud, CTI integration, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Jira, Confluence, Mural, Eclipse, or VS Code is preferred.
