Base Salary
$162k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Produce engaging training courses and content for customer and partner curriculums.
- Evaluate customer training requirements and create a roadmap for courses.
- Develop high-quality courses for both self-paced and instructor-led formats.
- Create supplemental courseware, including workshops and hands-on labs.
- Maintain and improve technical systems for hands-on labs.
- Mentor staff in cloud engineering best practices and instructional design.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in technical curriculum development or software development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, .NET, Go, JavaScript).
- Ability to transform technical topics into engaging educational materials.
- Experience in improving training operations and internal tooling.
