Responsibilities
- Develop and improve football ball and player tracking algorithms using multi-camera systems.
- Contribute to multi-view geometry solutions for tracking across the field of play.
- Support approaches for handling occlusion and recovery in fast-paced sports scenarios.
- Enhance mature computer vision systems used in live production.
- Optimize algorithms for performance and reliability across CPU and GPU workloads.
- Implement, test, and validate algorithmic features.
- Collaborate with engineers to solve complex computer vision challenges.
- Contribute improvements to existing approaches and pipelines.
- Share progress, challenges, and learnings with the wider team.
Requirements
- Experience with computer vision algorithms through commercial or academic work.
- Working knowledge of C++ and a desire to develop modern C++ skills.
- Interest in performance optimization for CPU and GPU workloads.
- Familiarity with image processing and multi-camera systems.
- Basic understanding of Git and Visual Studio.
- Exposure to CUDA or GPU acceleration is desirable.
- Awareness of concurrency, networking, or operating system concepts is desirable.
- Interest in machine learning and related libraries is desirable.
