Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for complex business problems.
- Own the machine learning lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing through deployment and monitoring.
- Integrate machine learning models into production systems in collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Stay current with machine learning advancements and apply them to improve model performance and functionality.
- Write and maintain high-quality, production-ready code for machine learning models and services.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, including a strong track record of deploying models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python; experience with MLflow and Spark is an asset.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; AWS SageMaker experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
