Responsibilities
- Define and maintain global standards, guidelines, and best practices for Opera Cloud integrations.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and decision-making support across internal teams and projects.
- Lead and supervise complex Opera Cloud integration projects from design through deployment.
- Review and validate integration architectures, technical designs, and solution proposals.
- Coordinate with Oracle, internal product and technical teams, and external partners.
- Own and govern the global inventory of Opera Cloud integrations, including ownership, scope, criticality, dependencies, and lifecycle.
- Lead the technical integration workstream for the move to Opera Cloud migration program.
- Identify integration risks and dependencies and define mitigation plans.
- Support L3 teams and major incident analysis involving integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes, documentation, monitoring, tooling, standardization, automation, and reuse.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems integration and technical architecture, including roles such as technical director or technical manager.
- Knowledge of systems designed for the hospitality sector and international IT environments.
- Experience with the Oracle Opera Cloud ecosystem is a major asset.
- Strong expertise in Opera Cloud integrations, including OXI, OHIP, OPI Cloud, and OFIS.
- Excellent integration architecture and technical design skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decisions across multiple teams.
- Fluency in French and English.
