Responsibilities
- Own technical leadership and global governance for Accor’s Opera Cloud integrations.
- Define and maintain integration standards, guidelines, best practices, and architecture compliance.
- Lead and supervise complex, strategic Opera Cloud integration projects from design through deployment.
- Review and validate integration architectures, technical designs, and solution proposals.
- Coordinate delivery with Oracle, internal product and technical teams, and external partners.
- Manage the global Opera Cloud integration inventory, including ownership, scope, criticality, dependencies, and lifecycle.
- Lead the technical integration workstream for the migration to Opera Cloud, including adaptation, migration, or decommissioning of existing integrations.
- Identify integration risks and dependencies and define mitigation plans with stakeholders.
- Provide Level 3 support and participate in major integration incident analysis.
- Improve integration processes, documentation, monitoring, tooling, standardization, automation, and reuse.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems integration and technical architecture in technical leadership or technical lead positions.
- Experience with technology systems serving the hospitality sector and international IT environments.
- Strong expertise in Opera Cloud integrations, including OXI, OHIP, OPI Cloud, and OFIS.
- Excellent integration architecture and design skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to influence decisions across multiple teams.
- Fluent French and English.
- Experience with the Oracle Opera Cloud ecosystem is a major advantage.
