Responsibilities
- Own Corporate Insight Agent features and systems end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Build and maintain production AI Agent systems used by customers and internal teams.
- Design Agent Loops, integrate MCP, and develop custom tools for LLM-powered products and Agent Experiences.
- Serve as a full-stack subject matter expert across user experiences, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-native development.
- Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to define opportunities, requirements, and technical solutions.
- Balance rapid prototyping with scalable, maintainable production engineering.
- Improve software quality, reliability, observability, latency, and cost while responding proactively to production issues.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex as part of an AI-accelerated engineering workflow.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience shipping customer-facing applications; the role description also cites 7+ years of full-stack application architecture and development.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems and optimizing AI agents for quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, scalable backend systems, observable services, and reliable workflows.
- Experience building high-quality user experiences and polished customer-facing applications.
- Experience with LLM-powered products, Agent Experiences, Agent Loops, MCP integration, and custom tool development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and explain engineering tradeoffs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline.
