Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement Android application features.
- Write clean and efficient Kotlin code while maintaining and enhancing existing codebases.
- Apply Test-Driven Development principles and write unit tests for new and existing code.
- Develop and execute unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Identify and resolve application bugs and issues to support stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Work with designers and product managers to understand requirements and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Stay current with Android development tools, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Android development with a focus on Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development principles and unit testing with JUnit and Mockito.
- Basic understanding of the Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
