Responsibilities
- Test ServiceNow solutions and coordinate support and development efforts within the product team.
- Provide administration, maintenance, and general support for ServiceNow portals, knowledge products, and associated applications.
- Plan testing needs for the Colleague Experiences development team.
- Write stories, test plans, and test scripts.
- Execute testing scripts and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework test packages.
- Coordinate ServiceNow application and platform upgrades.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience or a master’s degree.
- At least five years of experience is required; the qualifications also specify two years of software development experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience planning testing needs and writing and executing test scripts.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to develop and deliver portal solutions.
- Preferred experience in a SAFe or Scrum project environment.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Preferred experience configuring ServiceNow Service Portal components, including Branding Editor, Page Designer, Page Editor, Widget Editor, and new portal creation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
